If you have been reading my blog lately you know that it formerly was titled “Spirited Sprouts” in honor of my four entertaining children whom form the basis for much of my writing. However, upon trying to type in Spirited Sprouts in google I kept coming up with a lovely Etsy shop by a woman in Oregon. Well, this wouldn’t work, I thought I would just change it over to our farm name, but that is a saga unto itself. . . so it was back to the drawing board.
Luckily, my good friend Mandy and I were discussing our shared love of our Muck Boots, near obsession with them in fact and decided we needed a club. What would we name said club? The Mother Muckers of course! Now, I did do a quick google search and it turns out once again we were not the first to grasp this fantastic play on words, but the others all live far, far, away and don’t sell anything. . . so Mother Mucker is my new address for wordpress.com.
